Badminton Performance Centres

A key element of BADMINTON England's objective to become best in the world, is an ambitious programme to create a series of Performance Centres throughout the country aimed at developing the club network, raising playing standards and developing future champions. Essex County Badminton Association are currently working in partnership with two BADMINTON England Performance Centres, which are:-

• The Badminton Essex South Performance Centre. This was launched in 2008 and is based on a junior club called the 'Badminton Academy' in Basildon.
